A finger print (typically the right thumb) may be required in our notary journal based on the transaction in question (e.g., deed, quitclaim deed, deed of trust affecting real property, power of attorney document, etc).
Documents with blank spaces cannot be notarized (an anti-fraud measure established by the state of California). Please make sure that all blank spaces are filled out or marked N/A before coming for your signature. We want to make sure you only have to make one trip!
