I only needed temporary service for a P.O. Box, but I received excellent service. I was called immediately when packages came in for me. I liked that I was given access after hours to pick up mail. Now that I don’t need a mail box anymore I still intend to use them for all my mailing needs.

Mail Box Planet has the best customer service. They are very accommodating and will help you with whatever you need. It’s also a great idea to have a personal mailbox there because they sign packages for you (unlike a post office box) and you know your mail and packages are safe. Some people have had their mail stolen from their homes and had their identity stolen. This is a good way to prevent that.
